I'm currently hiring chefs for my client at a fine dining restaurant in Birmingham. My client is seeking to hire mulitple chefs at all levels to join their team but you must have experience in a restaurant kitchen.
This position offers a stylish and modern dining experience in a growing environment therefore this position would be perfect for a chef and looking for long term development.
Duties will include

Being an integral part of the kitchen team
Operating and participating in the smooth running of the kitchen
Preparing, cooking and presenting meals to set standards, providing quality and consistency
To be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all the kitchen equipment
To deliver great standard of dishes with great presentaion on the plate

The ideal chefs will have

Be an experience chef that can bring ideas and enthusiasm to the team
Be looking to establish their career further
Have experience working with fresh, local produce
Be comfortable working in a high-volume kitchen
Be creavite and enthusiastic
